To contact VVM's Helpdesk now, login here using your username (do NOT put @vvm.com at the end and make sure you type it in lower case), Your username is that sequence of 4-8 characters that you received when you signed up. It usually is the first letter of your first name followed by the rest of your last name up to 8 characters (For Example: Tom Cruise would be tcruise and Cindy Crawford would be ccrawfor ..omitting the final 'd' since that would have made the name longer than eight characters.
