Disconnects

Disconnect Info Page:  This new page is an experimental page to provide both the customer and our helpdesk with the reason for the most recent disconnect.   If you login below and your last disconnect occured within 2 minutes to 2 hours from now, then you should see the modem log section for your modem connect including possible reason for the disconnect:

Notice: A disconnect must have occured within the last 30 minutes to 2 hours and you will need to wait at least 2 minutes after your last disconnect before you login below.   This gives the system time to collect the data on your last disconnect.
