Question: These programs at one time seemed to not block e-mails 100%.  Is that fixed?
Answer: Yes, we have updated the code significantly 11/2/97 to make it completely accurate.
Question: What is an e-mail filter and why might I need one?  
Answer: An e-mail filter is a bit like call blocking on your telephone. You can block e-mail from a single person or an entire domain.  It is mostly used to block JUNK E-MAIL (unsolicited commercial e-mail)
Question: Where does the mail go that I block?  
Answer: The mail goes to a web page that you can view to make sure that no important mail was blocked.   
Question: Why is VVM offering this service?  
Answer: This is a service we are offering in response to requests from our customers who have wanted a way to block annoying junk e-mail or harrassing e-mail. For more information on junk e-mail visit our news group alt.vvm.terms-and-conditions.
