Question: What is an e-mail alias?  
Answer: An e-mail alias is a "virtual" e-mail address. People would send mail to this address just like they would any other e-mail address.
Question: Do I need to change my setup? 
Answer: No. You need to change nothing in your setup. Everything that is sent to the alias or aliases you create goes to your normal e-mail account
