Q: This is the only web page I can surf to? What can I do?

A: You can reactivate your account or pay online via credit card

Q: I have reactivated but still get this page

A: Make sure you disconnected and then waited at least 5 minutes. If you still can't surf anywhere but here, clear your cache in your browser or give our tech support a call

Q: Does VVM notify me when my credit card expires?

A: No, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the credit card that has been provided is up to date. Customer may enter their new credit card numbers and set it to bill monthly at https://www.vvm.com/payments

Q: Who do I conctact for billing Questions?

Q: What Address do I send my bill to?

A: Please send your check to VVM Inc. P.O. Box 1391, Temple TX 76503 and please put your username on your check so that we apply the payment to the correct account

Q: When is my bill due by and is there late charge if not paid on time?

A: Bills are due by the 1st of each month.  The amount due is the amount specified on the invoice.  Make checks payable to VVM Inc. P.O. Box 1391, Temple, TX 76503 or you can pay by Credit Card over the phone (254) 634-2495 (Killeen) Waco (254) 756-5490 778-8028 (Temple).  Billing hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am- 5:30 pm.   Yes, we reserve the right to apply late charge to accounts overdue

Q: I paid for a year or six-months in advance.  How do I know when it expires?

A: On your invoice look at the section near the bottom that says   Months left this period: (Number of Months)

Q: Does VVM send my Invoice by e-mail?

A: Yes, except for the following groups, they do not receive invoices by e-mail:
(however they can view complete history by logging in above)

a. Those who have a positive balance (i.e. a credit)
b. Those who owe nothing . 0 balance
c. Credit Card users (they may review their invoices online)
d. Auto Bank Draft users (they may also review their invoices online)
e. Business Accounts (they receive invoices by Postal Mail)
